1. Booking Confirmations
➤ Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
➤ Balance payment must be settled before the tour departure date.
2. Payment Policy
➤ Minimum 20% advance is required at the time of booking.
➤ Remaining 80% must be paid at least 7 days before travel.
3. Hotel Policy
➤ Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM; check-out time: 11:00 AM.
➤ Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
➤ Hotels provided are standard 3-star with breakfast or equivalent unless specified.
4. Vehicle Usage
➤ Vehicle is provided strictly as per the itinerary.
➤Extra usage (additional sightseeing or extended hours) will be charged separately.
➤ Air-conditioning may be switched off in hill areas or during parking as per local regulations.
5. Temple Darshan
➤ Darshan timing depends on temple administration and crowd conditions.
➤Special darshan / pooja tickets are not included unless mentioned.
➤ Tour operator is not responsible for delays due to festival crowds or temple closures.
6. Itinerary Changes
➤The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances for safety reasons.
7. Personal Responsibility
➤ Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
➤ The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of luggage or valuables.
8. Unforeseen Circumstances
➤ The company is not responsible for delays or changes caused by natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, or transport issues.
9. Code of Conduct
➤Guests are expected to follow temple dress codes and local cultural guidelines during the pilgrimage.
